with a reg of curses or soul reaping

i could not find a thread for just the frog scepter
and wiki doesnt really say to much on where to find it at

This means that these are the only places that are confirmed to drop the scepter. If it drops anywhere else, no one knows about it.

If all else fails try Kamadan AD1 and use the trade window to post what type of Frog Scepter you are looking for. It might take awhile but eventually you will find one. Also see Ventari's Corner under the section "Buy"

This is where pming a mod would come in handy.

Just ask them why it got deleted.

It was probably Earth, Kamatsu, or Commander Ryker.
